Here are some frequently asked questions about our company.

Best answer: we do NOT know. We are dependent on many factors: air cargo, season, quarantine, availability, exchange rates, corona, ... .
Check online regularly.We only publish what we have available.= always up to date.
No eco vouchers. We accept bancontact (card, wifi, app), payconiq, maestro, cash, all credit cards, prepay bank transfer.
We prefer NOT to take fish back. It is better to make someone else happy.
If you cannot find another home, we will take them back for FREE and they will go into quarantine for 14 days.
Wood for aquariums is a natural product. It is NOT treated with chemicals.
It is recommended to soak the wood for 2 weeks to 2 months (depending on the piece) before placing it in the aquarium.
During this period, the wood slowly sinks, the water changes color, and the forgotten bark particles (white film/layer) rot.
Document well (photo, video, ticket number, ticket date, ticket amount) to avoid unnecessary discussions.
We are NOT responsible for transport if it is NOT done by our services.
Proof sent before the sealed bag is opened is more credible.
